Find Your Core Reason For Starting Your Business and What Makes You Unique as a Coach or Entrepreneur
Recently I started to really look at who I am and what is my core. What makes me unique? What is it I want to do or care about?
And I realized I
wasn’t doing business from mu core, I was always focusing on the surface
and aligned my business to what is happening in the coaching:
👉Make 6 figures per year
👉Drive a nice car
👉Have all the cool techs
👉Travel
👉Spend time with family and live the way I want to live.
👉Work 20hrs per week and making more money each month than most people make in a year
But that’s on the surface. When I decided I wanted to do coaching/counseling at 12 years old, I wasn’t thinking about how much money I could make or how many hours I want to work each week.
I wasn’t even thinking of how many cruise I would go on each year or my dream BMW car or the 2 storey house with guest house on the property or even my own TV show.
I wasn’t even thinking about all the cool techs I want to buy.
I was thinking about the impact I want to make in this world.
I didn’t lay in my bed at nights thinking about making 6 figures. I laid in my bed dreaming about changing peoples lives. I saw myself speaking to thousands of people and seeing their lives transform before my very eyes. I saw myself helping people to really live their dreams.
Not driving a BMW car or living in a big house or making 6 figures. I wasn’t even thinking about making 6 figures until I started to listen to all the noise in the coaching world.
Somewhere on my journey from my childhood dream to now I forgot about what it is i really wanted and started to fit into a mold. Trying to be like everyone else because I thought that was cool.
But that’s really what I care about because after I make the money and have a global coaching business, what’s next?
Don’t build a coaching or expert business around someone else dream, build one that is in alignment with what YOU REALLY WANT. YOUR CORE!
With all the noise in the expert business industry it can be hard to separate your truth from someone else truth.
If you are going to do this, might as well build a business that is all you. At the end of the day it must feel right to you.
You are not a copy of someone else. Your method should also not be a copy of someone else. Yes learn from others, but create your own path, not a copy of someone else path.
